Terms

• As the number of course participants is limited, the registrations are considered in the order in which we receive them and confirmed by e-mail.
• By registering you accept our privacy policy.
• Your registration is complete only after we have received the full course fee on our account. As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive a further confirmation by e-mail.
• Payment of the course fee is due within 4 weeks after registration, otherwise the registration expires. For registrations within 6 weeks before the course date, an individual payment deadline is given with the invoice.
• The course fee includes participation in the lectures and dissections, course material and catering during the coffee breaks including a packed lunch on both days of the course.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the course program and venue. The course will only be held with a minum number of participants. In case the organiser cancels the course, the course fees will be refunded.
• If participation is cancelled for any reason, we cannot refund any travel and accommodation costs or cancellation fees that may be due. We therefore recommend that all participants purchase their own cancellation insurance.
• Because of exposure to formaldehyde used for brain tissue preservation pregnant and nursing women are not allowed to participate in the dissections. Pregnant and nursing women who do not comply with this rule are responsible for any consequences.
• You can cancel your registration free of charge if we receive your written notification by January 28, 2024. If you have already paid your course fee, it will be refunded. In case you cancel later and we receive your notification by February 25, 2024, we will charge a cancellation fee of 250 Euro. The remaining amount of your course fee will be refunded. A refund after this deadline, even in the case of an unexpected inability to attend, is unfortunately not possible.
